To support our growth, we are seeking an entrepreneurial
Partner – Customer Sales & Business Development
to expand our market presence and drive client relationships.
The Role
As a Partner, you
work independently
and help Atrinum
win new clients, develop commercial relationships and support our go-to-market efforts
. You benefit from
full flexibility
(workload, location, structure) while leveraging Atrinum's
brand, infrastructure and network
.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and engage potential clients in fintech, payments and digital finance
* Build and maintain long-term commercial relationships
* Present and position Atrinum's solutions to decision makers
* Drive business development initiatives and expansion plans
* Contribute to strategic growth, marketing and solution development
* Develop complementary offerings under the Atrinum / Aequitex brand
Your Profile
* 5+ years in business development, sales or advisory (fintech, finance or compliance)
* Strong network in financial services, fintech or digital assets
* Confident communicator with professional client presence
* Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven and result-oriented
* Enjoying occasional travel and networking on international summits
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
* Tech affinity and interest in digital financial services
Nice-to-have:
crypto/fintech background, consulting experience, startup mindset and client acquisition skills.
