Manpower We are seeking an IT Service Continuity Analyst to support the enhancement and execution of a global IT Service Continuity Management framework within a large, international industrial technology organization. In this role, you will collaborate with application owners, service managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure critical IT services are prepared for potential disruptions and aligned with established continuity standards. This position is well suited for candidates who excel at coordination, process management, and structured reporting, and who want to contribute to strengthening organizational resilience across a complex IT landscape. Responsibilities - Coordinate and follow up on IT Service Continuity Plans, disaster recovery test progress, remediation actions, and BIA updates with application owners and managers. - Deliver awareness and training sessions on Business Impact Assessments and Disaster Recovery Assessments, and develop supporting materials such as presentations and process documents. - Maintain the ITSCM dashboard and trackers for continuity status, recoverability capabilities, compliance, DR test schedules, and security exceptions across applications and remote sites. - Prepare clear, high-quality PowerPoint presentations and summary reports for management and governance meetings. - Review, update, and maintain ITSCM process documentation, ensure accuracy of process details in Adonis, and support process maturity assessments. Requirements - Knowledge of Business Continuity and IT Service Continuity concepts (ISO 22301, BIA, DR, RTO, RPO, MTPD, MSA). - Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills. - Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and recovery processes. - Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail. - Experience with tools such as Adonis, ServiceNow, Power BI, Excel, and strong proficiency in PowerPoint. - Availability for a 3-month assignment (extension possible), with remote work and 80?100% workload.
