Role Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement business development strategies within the nicotine or vaping products market, aligned with the company's global mission.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards for nicotine delivery systems.
* Draft tailored proposals and quotations while contributing to organizational goals through sales forecasting and reporting.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or related disciplines provides a solid foundation for excelling in technical sales.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience in the chemicals, pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, or tobacco industries, particularly within the nicotine or vaping products market.
* Strong technical understanding of finished products, formulations, and industry regulations related to nicotine delivery systems.
* Proficiency in drafting tailored proposals and quotations for customers, along with experience in sales forecasting and reporting.
* Professional working knowledge of English; additional proficiency in Italian, French, or German is a plus.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with a consultative sales approach.
* Willingness and ability to travel 20-30% for client visits and industry trade shows.
