Your field of responsibility
As a Senior Business Project Manager, you will be a driving Implementation of the Swiss Bank CRO Climate Risk program collaborating with front office, risk management and IT and therefore have high visibility as business partner to internal clients. Through constant contact with leaders, you will have an excellent platform to build a broad, cross-functional network within the bank. You manage creating business requirements and defining the Target Operating Model across Front and Risk. Additionally, you will build the bridge between IT and the business, lead deep dive analyses and the data strategy. You are able to support project scope definition, objectives and governance in collaboration with colleagues and business partners and plan, manage and track project delivery milestones, resources, timeline, and budget.

A university degree, ideally postgraduate or relevant professional qualifications in Finance or Economics, Computer science, Machine Learning or Data or business Management 3-5 years of change-management experience in a financial services environment and/or experience involving in projects from a business change perspective Demonstrate analytical and innovative problem-solving capabilities Excellent written and verbal communications skills, proficiency in English Ability to build effective relationships with required business and IT partners Significant experience of embedding new risk management systems in a sophisticated organization, paired with a deep understanding of strategic program delivery Can work on own initiative whilst also working collaboratively and deliver on time with a high level of integrity Understands the value of diversity in the workplace and is dedicated to fostering an inclusive culture in all aspects of working life so that people from all backgrounds receive equal treatment, realize their full potential and can bring their full, authentic selves to work.
