We are seeking a highly organized and experienced
Senior Assistant Manager (Operations)
to support our operations team in optimizing workflows, improving efficiency, and leading operational initiatives. This role is key in ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day activities, contributing to overall business success.
Key Responsibilities
:
Oversee daily operational processes and ensure efficient implementation of policies and procedures.
Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for operational improvements.
Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution.
Monitor performance metrics, providing insights and recommending solutions for continuous improvement.
Develop and manage operational budgets, resources, and staffing to meet objectives.
Assist with strategic planning and forecasting to support business growth.
Ensure that all operational activities comply with company standards, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and fostering professional growth.
Prepare reports for senior leadership, highlighting operational performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Coordinate with other departments (sales, HR, finance) to align operational activities with overall business goals.
Requirements
:
A
Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in operations management or a similar role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
Strong understanding of operational workflows, resource planning, and project management.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
(Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and/or
Google Workspace
.
Experience with operational tools and systems (e.g.,
ERP systems
,
CRM tools
).
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Must
reside in Switzerland
and have the legal right to work there (
Swiss/EU passport or valid permit
).
Fluency in
English
(both written and verbal); proficiency in
German
or
French
is a plus.
