Our client is a fast-growing global
and in the consumer goods and retail industry, known for innovation, performance, and a dynamic company culture. As they continue to scale internationally, they are looking for a Senior Specialist to join their Global Operations Enablement team.
As a Senior Process & Project Manager, you will play a key role in optimizing global Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. You'll work at the intersection of business and technology, driving process improvements, supporting ERP / CRM systems (D365 and Salesforce), and ensuring operational excellence across regions and functions.
6 months temporary contract with possibility of extension
Responsibilities
* Own and continuously improve the end-to-end O2C process, ensuring alignment across systems, regions, and sales channels
* Lead process documentation efforts including SOPs, process flows, data mappings, and regression testing
* Manage O2C improvement projects from scoping to delivery, including stakeholder alignment, risk management, and success tracking
* Analyze customer and operational data to identify pain points and drive customer‑centric process enhancements
* Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless system implementations and process alignment
* Support ERP and CRM transformation initiatives, particularly around Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) or similar operational process ownership
* Hands‑on experience with ERP and CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce
* Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross‑functional initiatives
* Proficiency in process mapping, documentation, and optimization (e.g. BPMN, SOPs, Lean, Six Sigma)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
