Overview
Business Analyst in Private Banking Transformation Project (Zurich-based Engagement)
As part of our Technology Consulting, we are looking for experienced professionals to join a dedicated transformation project for a leading private bank in Zurich. This is a unique opportunity to participate in a large-scale program involving core banking replacement, process redesign, and integration of modern digital banking capabilities.
Responsibilities
* Leading or supporting business and system analysis across front, middle, and back-office processes
* Facilitating workshops with client stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
* Documenting business processes, functional specifications, and system requirements
* Defining integration interfaces and contributing to the design and testing of API and file-based integrations
* Planning and executing data migration activities, including mapping, cleansing, enrichment, and reconciliation
* Participating in system configuration, UAT/SIT cycles, and cutover/dress rehearsal planning
* Collaborating with stakeholders across business and IT to ensure alignment and quality of deliverables
We also appreciate
* Deep knowledge of private banking operations such as onboarding, portfolio management, order execution, compliance
* Hands-on experience with Temenos Core Banking or comparable systems (Guidewire, Avaloq, SAP, etc.)
* Familiarity with FI-Master / securities reference data, pricing feeds, and instrument classification
* Experience working with Portfolio Analysis tools, OMS, CRM, tax reporting and related satellite systems
