To support the development of our activities, we are looking for:Accountant - 100% - GenevaUnder the responsibility of management, you will ensure the autonomous management of general and analytical accounting for the agency. You will play a pivotal role between financial management and the salaries of temporary and permanent staff. Your responsibilities will cover 3 main areas:1. General Accounting & Taxation- Complete bookkeeping (debtors, creditors, treasury).- Management of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.- Preparation of VAT statements (effective method or net tax rate method) and preparation of the balance sheet and income statement for the fiduciary or the auditor.2. Payroll & Social Insurance Management (Placement Specific)- Calculation and preparation of salaries for temporary staff (subject to standard collective labor agreements).- Management of social charges: AVS/AI/APG, AC, LPP, and reporting of claims (LAA/IJM).- Management of training funds and contributions to collective labor agreement execution funds.- Preparation of salary certificates.3. Compliance & Reporting- Monitoring of financial guarantees required by the SECO and the cantonal employment service of Geneva.- Monitoring of minimum wage scales in force in Geneva.- Management of litigation and invoice reminders.Profile:- Federal Diploma in Accounting or Commercial Employee CFC with solid experience in accounting.- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar position, ideally in a placement agency or a fiduciary managing clients in the sector.- Technical skills: Good command of accounting tools with ideally experience in ERPs used by placement agencies.- Excellent knowledge of labor law and social insurance in Switzerland.- Skills: Absolute rigor, discretion, ability to manage peak activity periods (salary periods), and excellent organizational skills.Conditions:- Permanent position at 100%.
