To strengthen our HR team located in St. Gallen, we are looking for an Organizational Change Manager who will play a key role in guiding our company through transformation and supporting leaders and employees in embracing change.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and tools across global initiatives
* Guide and coach leaders, project teams, and change agents to successfully drive change
* Design and execute communication and stakeholder engagement strategies
* Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and enablement programs to build change readiness
* Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and feedback loops to ensure smooth adoption
* Strengthen organizational change capability and foster a culture of learning and adaptability
