Responsibilities and main tasks:
* Support daily management of the establishment: participate actively in the daily functioning, ensure quality of welcome and client comfort, support the manager.
* Stock and supplier contact tracking: assist with reception, control and placement of products; support the manager in order management, delivery tracking, and stock maintenance.
* Team management and animation: aid manager in scheduling, team coordination, and training new staff to ensure smooth, warm service.
* Customer development: help organize wine events (tastings, themed evenings) and implement strategies to retain clients.
* Administrative management: assist manager in sales tracking, data entry, order preparation and overall operational optimization.
Required profile:
* About 2 years experience in wine, catering or hospitality, essential role in daily operations.
* Extensive knowledge of wines, styles, consumption dynamics.
* Strong team management and animation skills to ensure dynamic, positive working atmosphere.
* Flexible hours, including Sundays and holidays.
* Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a positive, collaborative team dynamic.
