Financial Specialist Role
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Financial Specialist to join our team.
1. Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
* Oversee general ledger activities, accruals, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Assist in preparing reporting packages for internal stakeholders and coordinate with local finance teams across subsidiaries.
2. Accounting Operations Expertise
* Review and validate journal entries and ensure proper documentation.
* Support treasury operations, including bank reconciliations and payment processing.
* Optimize cash flows across the group and maintain banking relationships.
3. Compliance and Process Improvement
* Monitor changes in accounting standards and assess their impact on reporting.
* Contribute to the optimization of accounting, reporting, and cash management processes.
* Participate in ERP system upgrades or implementations and develop reporting templates and tools.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
* Work closely with Controlling and Legal departments to achieve business objectives.
* Support the accounting team in daily tasks and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
