For one of our clients based in Rotkreuz, we are looking for
Product Owner (Mechanics/Fluidics) Instrumentation
to coordinate and shape the mechanical and fluidic development activities for the next generation health care system. This includes will coordinate the tasks of new development activities, focusing on Mechanics, Fluidics and partly Electronics & Verification and report on all related functions and committees.
Please note that for this job you need to be willing to occasionally travel (mainly within Europe).
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate, manage and monitor the mechanical/fluidics development backlog and make sure that the priorities and tasks are well understood in the team and aligned with connected squads (e.g. infrastructure, measurement technology, sensor mounting, and more).
Accountable for maximizing the value of the mechanical/fluidics product development activities resulting from the work of the team (internally and externally). Arises and enables tasks to be actively pursued
Ownership in all phases of the development process from feasibility studies through design, development, testing and bug fixing, design transfer and maintenance
Functional Squad Representative in responsible project team. The product owner collaborates closely with the DL (Development Lead) to incorporate the development activities in the technical roadmap
Product Strategy: The mechanical/fluidics product owner supports and implements a long-term technical roadmap that aligns with the overall project and company strategy.
You will work closely with functional squads and teams across the company, such as operations, system integration and product mgmt. with the goal to design an optimal product in quality, robustness, cost effectiveness and compliance
Candidate's Requirements
Min. Bachelors Degree in an engineering or life sciences related discipline
Min. 8 years of relevant industry experience in a highly regulated environment, experience in MedTech is a plus
Min. 5 years Product Owner with several years of experience in a R&D leading function for new product development
Experience as a collaborative leader who promotes and enables the self-organization of the team in regulated environments
Ready to work in a fully agile and transparent environment.
The project language is English, listening and reading comprehension in German is a plus.
