We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to join one of our client a bank in Vaud. The ideal candidate will contribute to the smooth functioning of daily operations and provide effective support to colleagues.
Process and settle securities transactions, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Maintain and update the securities master data.
Manage the reconciliation and follow-up of trade settlements.
Liaise with custodians and other counterparties by phone and in writing.
Support the continuous improvement and digitalization of back and middle-office processes.
Handle corporate actions and other securities-related events
Solid understanding of banking and financial operations.
Excellent command of French and good working knowledge of English.
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and high sense of confidentiality.
Team player with a structured, autonomous, and proactive approach to work
