Job Description: Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Project Manager to join our team and contribute to the optimization of our operations and business processes.
Founded in early 2017, WebPros brings together widely used web hosting, billing automation, infrastructure, server management, and online marketing software solutions. Our portfolio includes brands like Plesk, cPanel, Nixstats, SolusVM, WHMCS, XOVI, and Koality. We power more than 85 million websites on over 900,000 servers worldwide.
Our global team consists of 600+ tech-loving professionals with offices around the globe. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products aligned with the company's vision and strategy.
Currently, we are looking for a Frontend Developer (Vue.js) for our products Koality.io and Nixstats.com.
Essential Functions
* Manage work tasks and projects, overseeing schedules, deliverables, and communication with stakeholders and team members, including C-level staff and senior leadership.
* Keep the team organized and focused on the mission, ensuring efficient collaboration and workflow.
* Drive successful execution of initiatives using project management experience, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
* Analyze existing processes proactively and offer innovative solutions to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and continuous optimization.
* Utilize strong Excel skills to organize and analyze data, providing insights for decision-making.
* Work closely with stakeholders to validate and update data as needed.
* Engage with vendors to explore tools and technologies that can improve processes.
* Evaluate and recommend solutions that align with company goals.
* Communicate complex technical information clearly to various stakeholders.
* Adapt communication styles to navigate ambiguity and different audiences effectively.
* Monitor department budgets, forecast financial needs, and ensure adherence to budget parameters.
* Follow company policies and procedures.

Eligibility Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
* Proven experience in roles combining project coordination, business analysis, and operations analysis.
* Strong analytical skills and a passion for process improvement.
* Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong Excel experience preferred.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
Ability to work in an office environment, including lifting up to 20 pounds occasionally, and using computer workstations for extended periods. Specific abilities include near vision, hearing, manual dexterity, and the ability to transport oneself as needed. Note that cPanel operations may require extended or nontraditional hours, including weekends.
