About the Role
We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented
Performance Marketing Manager
to lead our digital acquisition and optimization efforts in Switzerland. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance campaigns across multiple digital channels—including search, social, display, and programmatic—to drive measurable business growth.
You will collaborate closely with the creative, content, and analytics teams to deliver campaigns that maximize ROI, customer acquisition, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute multi-channel performance marketing strategies across paid search, social, display, and affiliate platforms.
* Manage campaign budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure optimal performance and ROI.
* Analyze campaign data, generate insights, and implement continuous optimizations.
* Collaborate with creative teams to test and refine ad messaging and visuals.
* Track key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and customer lifetime value.
* Work with analytics and BI teams to build dashboards and performance reports.
* Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign efficiency and conversion rates.
* Stay up to date on digital marketing trends, tools, and emerging ad technologies.
* Support cross-functional marketing initiatives and contribute to overall brand growth.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
* 3–6 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, preferably in a data-driven environment.
* Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.
* Proficiency in web analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc.).
* Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with a strong ROI focus.
* Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and marketing automation.
* Fluent in
English

* Familiarity with CRM, attribution models, and conversion tracking tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Adjust) is a plus.
