### Minimum qualifications: ### * Bachelor-s degree or equivalent practical experience. * 6 years of experience in program management within design or UX organizations. * Experience with UX related projects and UX design, user research, or user centered development tools and methodologies. * Experience working across functions and disciplines, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and building relationships with multiple stakeholders. ### Preferred qualifications: ### * Experience with the product development life-cycle. * Experience analyzing data and leveraging insights to drive strategy. * Experience working with UX teams and partnering effectively on cross-functional projects or teams in highly dynamic/fast paced environments. * Demonstrated and experienced program management skills, with the ability to lead complex operational initiatives. * Ability to operationalize programs from 0 to 1, takes initiative and develops in ambiguity. ### About the job ### At Google, we "Focus on the user and all else will follow."
