Department: Swissport Executive Aviation, a division of Swissport International, operates Fixed Base Operations (FBOs) in Geneva and other key locations, providing premium ground handling and concierge services to the global community of private and corporate jet operators.

OPERATIONS AGENTS (M/F/D)
WORKLOAD | ON-CALL DUTY
WORKPLACE | GENEVA AIRPORT
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan and coordinate all ground service requirements for arriving and departing flights (hotel bookings, limousine transfers, catering, and other requested services)
Prepare crew briefings (weather, NOTAMs, flight plans) and manage airport slots
Maintain close communication with customers’ operational control centers
Ensure smooth and discreet transport of passengers and crew on the tarmac, assisting them through customs and immigration procedures
Coordinate with ramp teams to ensure all flight-specific needs are met
Operate common ramp equipment such as GPU, baggage belts, and passenger stairs safely and efficiently
YOUR PROFILE:
Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written); a third language is an advantage
Strong computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office
Previous airport or aviation operations experience is an asset
Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Professional appearance with a high sense of discretion and confidentiality
Stress-resistant, reliable, and able to multitask effectively
Must hold a valid driving license

CONDITIONS:
Workload is on-call duty/variable
Work on rotating shifts, scheduled between 04:00 and 24:00, including three weekends per month
