Job Title: IT Systems Developer – MS Dynamics / Infor Syteline ERP (Subject Matter Expert)
Location: Remote (FL or WA preferred), USA
Department: Insights & Systems Technology
Reports To: Brent Cherry, VP of Insights & Systems
Work Type: Full‑Time | Remote
Travel: As needed
Direct Reports: None
Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 per year (based on experience)
Bonus: Eligible for annual performance bonus
Job Description
MSHS Pacific Power Group is seeking an IT Systems Developer with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics, Infor Syteline ERP, and Power BI to enhance our enterprise systems. You’ll own custom ERP development and integrations, drive reporting and automation initiatives, and support critical technology efforts that enable smarter operations across marine, energy, and industrial power sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and modules within Microsoft Dynamics and Infor Syteline ERP
* Build integrations between Dynamics/Syteline ERP and other enterprise platforms and third‑party systems
* Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions
* Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and custom reporting to support data‑driven decisions
* Troubleshoot and optimize ERP workflows and system performance
* Document configurations, customizations, and processes to support maintainability
* Provide technical support and training to end‑users
* Act as the internal SME for all things Dynamics/Syteline ERP
Required Qualifications
* 10+ years in software or systems development
* 5+ years of direct experience customizing and configuring Infor Syteline and MS Dynamics ERP
* Deep understanding of ERP business processes (manufacturing, supply chain, finance, etc.)
* Strong development skills – this is not a project‑management or analyst‑only role
* Proficiency in API integrations, data tools, and ETL processes
* Strong communication and collaboration skills with a detail‑oriented mindset
Desired Skills
* Experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (cloud‑hosted Syteline)
* Knowledge of C#, .NET, or similar languages used in ERP development
* Experience building Power BI dashboards and custom reportsFamiliarity with Microsoft Azure or similar cloud platforms
* Understanding of data governance and security best practices
* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (10+ years experience accepted in lieu)
* Experience in PE‑backed, startup, or fast‑paced environments
