YOUR ROLE
As a Business Transformation Senior Consultant/Manager focused on SAP S/4 HANA, you will partner with clients to develop the vision and ambition for their business transformation program, identifying value drivers and opportunities to create new business models and improve existing business capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Understand current (as‑is) processes and support the design of future (to‑be) client value streams cutting across process blocks and technologies, helping clients excel operationally, generate additional revenues, and improve customer experience;
* Support the formulation of the business case for change, including quantifying expected costs and benefits, and obtain the buy‑in of client stakeholders;
* Be a reliable advisor working with clients to develop innovative solutions to their most challenging business problems, leveraging the SAP S/4 HANA technology ecosystem;
* Depending on your background and interest, develop in‑depth knowledge of one or more functional areas (finance, sales, production, logistics, procurement, etc.) and the related SAP S/4 HANA solutions, helping clients optimize their business processes;
* Oversee the work of and coach junior team members;
* Support business development activities, including preparing and pitching proposals for national and international clients for our S/4 HANA consulting services.
YOUR PROFILE
* 4+ years’ experience with proven ability to manage client projects and mentor others;
* Strong analytical and communication skills; able to bridge business and technology;
* Experience with data management, analytics, AI concepts, and ideally exposure to intelligent automation or agentic AI;
* Proactive, solution‑oriented, and eager to build networks within the team and with clients;
* Excellent command of written and spoken English and either German (for Zurich) or French (for Geneva) at the C1 level or higher.
