Talent Acquisition Assistant with IT Background (Temporary - 1 to 3 Months | Fully Remote | m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities :
* Support recruitment processes: post ads, screen CVs, schedule interviews
* Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
* Assist with onboarding documentation and coordination
* Liaise with internal teams and hiring managers to ensure smooth hiring workflows
* Conduct initial outreach and communications with candidates
* Provide general support to the HR and talent acquisition team
We Offer :
* Contract type: Temporary (1-3 months)
* Working hours: 7 hours/day
* Location: Fully remote (EU)
* Compensation: approx. €3,260-€3,490 per month
