Qualifications
* Completed training as a Pflegehelfer:in SRK or willingness to complete it.
* Professional experience in long‑term care is an advantage; newcomers are welcome.
* Strong social competence and good German language proficiency.
* Flair in dealing with elderly people and people with dementia.
* Decisiveness within the scope of nursing tasks.
* Good IT user skills.
