* Unloading and booking the animals in accordance with animal welfare and hygiene regulations
* Checking the accompanying documents (e.g. delivery notes, health status)
* Calm and stress-free driving of the animals out of the pens up to the anaesthesia trap
* Supervision of the stable and driving area
* Close cooperation with the stunning and slaughter line personnel
What you bring with you
* Completed basic training as a farmer, butcher or comparable training
* Experience in handling various animal species, especially cattle
* High resilience and flexibility with readiness for special assignments
* Good knowledge of German
