Our common goal
As a Controller for Products and Customer Projects, you will serve as a key business partner for the Products division as well as for our Sales organization. You analyse financial performance, provide decision-relevant insights, and work closely with Product Management and Sales to assess business cases, support pricing, and prepare project quotations. As a financial sparring partner to our Sales and Project teams, you help drive the commercial success of customer projects by evaluating profitability, identifying financial risks, and ensuring compliance with internal policies. You will be part of the Operations & Products Controlling team and collaborate closely with colleagues across Products and international Sales.
What you can expect
1. Create and continuously improve Product Management reporting (e.g. KPIs, sales and margin analysis, project portfolio tracking) and Power BI reporting landscape
2. Support Product Management in preparing, evaluating, and reviewing business cases
3. Prepare budgets and forecasts, and conduct regular performance reviews with cost center managers across the Products organization
4. Assist the Pricing Manager with annual price adjustment and other pricing-related activities
5. Support project teams in preparing project calculations, assessing risks and creating customer quotations in compliance with our company policies
6. Provide decision-relevant information for customer projects and actively contribute to the decision-making during regular Project Steering Committee meetings
7. Maintain and further develop tools and processes for project calculations
8. Conduct ad-hoc analyses and derive actionable insights to support management in strategic decisions
How you can convince
9. Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification
10. 2-5 years of professional experience in a similar role
11. Strong analytical skills, methodological expertise, and a structured way of working
12. Excellent communication skills, assertiveness and the ability to provide fact-based guidance for decision-making
13. Solid experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP SD, FI, MM) and BI tools (ideally Power BI, XLCubed)
14. Strong ambition and interest in long-term development and career growth within the company
15. Fluent in both German and English, spoken and written
