Are you an experienced planner who thrives on coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder projects in life sciences or large-scale manufacturing?
We're seeking an
Integrated Project Planning & Reporting Lead
to manage end-to-end project scheduling, governance, and reporting across major CapEx initiatives. You'll play a key role in aligning project streams, optimizing timelines, and ensuring delivery excellence within a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.
Your Role
Project Planning & Governance
* Develop and implement integrated project plans and governance frameworks for major initiatives
* Lead workshops to build and align End-to-End (E2E) project timelines across all workstreams
* Validate schedules, identify optimization opportunities, and define key milestones
* Integrate all workstreams into the overall CapEx schedule and coordinate with Project Controls
* Facilitate schedule risk assessments and define contingency strategies
Execution & Delivery
* Continuously update and monitor project schedules to ensure logical sequencing and coordination
* Track deviations, analyze root causes, and implement corrective measures
* Establish and report on progress KPIs, ensuring transparency across teams
* Support risk assessment and contribute to critical project decision-making
* Lead project planning meetings and support interactive scheduling sessions
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive on-time, high-quality project delivery
Your Profile
* Proven experience leading planning and reporting for
large-scale CapEx projects
in
life sciences, biotech, or food manufacturing
* Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills
* Advanced analytical mindset; comfortable managing complex data and transforming it into actionable insights
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
* Able to manage ambiguity, shifting priorities, and fast-paced environments
* Skilled in project tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project experience is a plus)
* Fluent in English; German is an advantage
