Our client is a SME based in Geneva.
Job Description
* Act as the first point of contact for inbound client requests (phone and email)
* Manage customer orders end‑to‑end, from entry to delivery, ensuring compliance with agreed commercial terms
* Monitor deliveries, handle claims, and resolve customer issues in coordination with internal teams
* Support field sales teams with administrative and operational follow‑up
* Set up new client accounts and maintain accurate customer data in the ERP system
* Update commercial conditions, contracts and sales documentation
* Enter orders and invoices, and follow up on payments in liaison with accounting
* Assist with product listings with wholesalers and pharmacy networks
* Support the preparation of trade fairs and commercial events
* Contribute to sales reporting and ad‑hoc administrative tasks
The Successful Applicant
* Previous experience in sales administration / order management / customer service in a B2B environment
* Comfortable communicating both verbally and in writing with external clients and internal stakeholders
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines-
* Team‑oriented, proactive and detail‑minded
* Fluent in French, German and English
