The value stream Modern Workspace Solutions (MWS) develops and operates modern Digital Workplace and Microsoft UCC Services for corporate clients in Switzerland. As a Solution Train Engineer, you play a central role in the agile leadership of our organization comprising around 300 employees across 25 agile teams. You are responsible for the cross-functional coordination and planning of multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs), promoting collaboration and customer focus, and ensuring effective and efficient delivery at the portfolio level. Within the MWS Management Team, you represent topics related to architecture and processes, and actively shape the strategic development of this dynamic organization.
* Agile leadership of the Solution Train with multiple ARTs
* Continuous improvement of processes, transparency, collaboration, and assurance of quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
* Planning and facilitation of PI Plannings
* Close collaboration with Solution and Product Management as well as Solution and System Architects
* Strategic development of the organization in partnership with the MWS Leadership Team
Your Skills
* University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics (University/University of Applied Sciences), or equivalent
* Experienced leader with leadership skills in complex organizations, ideally also in agile environments
* Proven success in implementing transformation initiatives and programs for automation and efficiency improvement
* Solid experience in building and evolving Digital Workplace solutions based on Microsoft technologies, ideally in a B2B service environment
* Strong communication and facilitation skills
* Strategic thinking and high level of personal responsibility
* Team-oriented and solution-focused working style
* Very good English, good German or French, and ideally basic knowledge of another national language
