This role is crucial for driving the growth of our client base and expanding our market presence. Your primary focus will be to attend client meetings and actively carry out business development to place candidates within our technology brand. The ideal candidate will excel in relationship building and be focussed on new business and account development.

Your responsibilities
* Partner with leading life sciences organisations to understand their hiring needs.
* Build and grow relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth.
* Identify, engage, and assess top life sciences talent across global markets.
* Proactively approach and engage passive candidates through channels like LinkedIn and industry networks.
* Consistently work towards exceeding both individual and team performance targets.
* Develop a strong network of professionals and decision-makers within the life sciences sector.
The successful candidate must
* Ideally have 1-2 years of recruitment or sales experience.
* Thrive in a busy, fast-moving, and target-oriented environment.
* Demonstrate strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
* Communicate clearly and build lasting relationships.
* Be positive, resilient, and offer a proactive approach.
