Responsibilities:
• Manage all Spare Part Areas for CTO and B2B
• Define optimal and safe stock targets
• Active Stakeholder Management with BUs on Spare Part needs
• Review of Spare Part Portfolio and Maintenance contracts to include or remove Spare Parts
• Optimize Reporting and Tooling to allow BUs to fulfill service management
• Review and optimize all flows and processes related to Spare Parts including RMAs
• Coordinate with Sustainability Manager on obsolete stock to respect Sustainability guidelines
• Define KPIs for Spare Part Management
• Enable Feedback cycles with related BUs including surveys on performance and quality
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication skills
• Sound knowledge of Spare Part Portfolio. Network knowledge is a must
• Sound knowledge in Spare Part management
• Strong Change Management skills
• Pro Active and self-managed working discipline
• Strong Influencing and Negotiation Skills
• Ability to understand complex Business Flows
• Sound understanding of data processing
• Fluent German and English language skills verbally and written
• Minimum 3+ years' experience
