Your tasks
1. Create presentations, reports and dashboards to help the OPEX team make the most appropri-ate decisions
2. Coordinate agendas and facilitate meetings
3. Ensure the smooth flow of information, communication and continuous improvements
4. Support Project Implementation in the different locations: generate new content, connect with local HR and leaders
5. Project Management: create a clear overview of all projects and ensure the currency of the necessary data, reports, controlling cross projects dependencies and deadlines
6. Defining a marketing strategy for the department, create and publish content
Your profile
7. Student or Bachelors/master’s degree in economics, administration, operations, engineering, or another related field
8. Advanced analytical and computer skills, including MS Office system and tools (Excel, Power-Point, Teams; Mural & Sharepoint beneficial)
9. Knowledge in databases, spreadsheet statistical applications, and design software packages (ERP and Power BI preferable) would be an asset
10. Prior administrative work is an advantage
11. Good sense of organization and attention to details
12. Autonomy, curiosity, proactivity
13. Fluent in English and German
