Your Responsibilities
* Program Management:
Oversee selected Early Career headquarters programs and ensure consistent application of the complete Early Career Lifecycle Experience
* Recruitment Coordination:
Manage comprehensive end-to-end hiring processes for short-term internship positions at headquarters level
* Event Planning:
Support the organization of career fairs in Switzerland and coordinate virtual recruitment initiatives
* Stakeholder Advisory:
Provide operational guidance and specialized consultation to stakeholders, talent acquisition teams, and people managers regarding Employee Life Cycle Management
* Brand Development:
Support external and internal branding initiatives for global Early Career programs in collaboration with recruitment marketing teams
* Project Contribution:
Participate in diverse initiatives within the Global Early Career team and assist with various Talent Management projects
* Performance Tracking:
Assist with global reporting and monitoring of Early Career key performance indicators
Your Profile
* Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
* Professional Experience:
2-4 years of demonstrated experience in comprehensive recruitment activities with campus recruitment experience preferred
* Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Workday system knowledge required
* Project Management:
Strong project management capabilities with proven track record in executing global initiatives
* Communication Excellence:
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English required
* Interpersonal Skills:
Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities with capacity to build positive stakeholder relationships
* Work Style:
Ability to work effectively in matrix organizations within dynamic, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
* Personal Attributes:
Can-do attitude with high flexibility and agility to follow through on commitments
