In this context, IEM X is looking for a Junior Customer Support & Digital Solutions Technician, who will intervene in the field in French-speaking Switzerland in the monitoring and management of equipment, will provide digital support to our clients, and will participate in client management on the platforms (accounts, settings, services).Your responsibilities will be as follows:- Participate in the installation and commissioning of equipment in the field- Intervene on-site for maintenance and troubleshooting actions- Assist clients, remotely or in person, in the use of equipment and solutions- Participate in client management on the platforms (accounts, settings, services)- Assist clients in the use of digital products- Escalate complex cases to specialized teams- Respond to requests from users of the PrestoPark mobile application- Contribute to the quality of service and client satisfaction- Participate in group digital support as needed- Document interventions and requests in internal tools- Report problems or incidents to the relevant teams- Work in collaboration with the Support, Projects, and DevOps teamsProfile sought:- HES Bachelor's degree or equivalent- First experience in support (internship, work-study, or first job) is a plus- Good appetite for IT, mobile applications, and digital environments- Desire to learn, to travel in the field, and to progress quickly- Sense of service and client orientation- Analytical spirit and ability to solve technical problems- Ability to work independently with good organization and good team spirit- French (excellent command), basic technical English, German (an asset)- Regular travel in French-speaking Switzerland (approximately 50% of the time)We offer:- An ideal position to start and evolve in technical & digital support- An environment combining field work and connected technologies- Progressive skill development supervised by experts- An innovative company in intelligent mobility jid0fb4a83aen jit0521aen jpiy26aen
