You will be part of an agile team.Your RoleDesign, develop, and maintain Pega solutions for the Smart Disputes ApplicationImplement Pega best practices, guardrails, and reusable componentsWork closely with business and technical stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver quality solutionsActively participate in a pod/crew-based agile team using the Scrum methodology Your ExpertiseBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Technology or a comparable field and at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience with the Pega platformStrong knowledge of: Pega Platforms and Smart Disputes / Issue Applications (case management, workflows, UI rules, data models), CI/CD implementation, Linux and OracleBackground in financial domain is a plusProficient in English (primary working language within the pod)Structured, solution-oriented working style with strong communication skills.
