The candidate will integrate the Central File department of the Central File FR / ENG 100% (m / f). Our client is a well-established financial company in Switzerland and other financial centers within the Central File department (client data registration in the CRM); Physical filing; Physical and digital archiving of client files; Requesting documents from Wealth Managers; Coordination with other departments internally across different offices and the banking sector; Similar experience and in central file within a private bank, a management company, and/or a family office in Switzerland; Very good knowledge of central filing; Excellent command of the French language both spoken and written; Good command of the English language both spoken and written; Rigorous, organized, detail-oriented; Discretion and sense of confidentiality; Available; Ideally, residing in Switzerland.
