As a member of our engineering team, you will be involved in enhancing one or more micro services to cater to the increasing demands of Luware's Nimbus call center solution.Specifically, for a given feature, your responsibilities will include engaging with stakeholders/POs to gather requirements, documenting the design and undergoing team reviews, implementing the design, generating unit tests for your modifications, overseeing the deployment of the new feature, and incorporating additional monitoring and metrics as required for the feature.In essence, you will have complete ownership of your feature from its inception to completion.
