Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused
Customer Service Specialist
to join our team in Switzerland. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to clients, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service processes.
Provide product or service guidance and support to customers.
Assist in training new team members and sharing best practices.
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and recommend improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; relevant experience in customer service is a plus.
1–3 years of experience in customer support, client relations, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills in English; German, French, or Italian proficiency is a strong advantage depending on the region.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-oriented mindset with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Salary Reference (Switzerland, 2025)
Entry-Level (0–2 years): CHF 55,000 – CHF 65,000 per year
Mid-Level (3–5 years): CHF 65,000 – CHF 75,000 per year
Senior-Level (6+ years): CHF 75,000 – CHF 90,000+ per year
