Responsabilities :
* Conduct user interviews, workshops and journey analyses to identify needs, pain points and improvement opportunities.
* Translate business requirements into actionable UX insights while balancing technical constraints.
* Create wireframes, mock-ups and interactive prototypes in Figma following design guidelines.
* Ensure consistency, usability and accessibility across screens and flows.
* Collaborate closely with product, tech and business teams throughout delivery.
* Present design proposals and document key decisions clearly.
* Review implemented features, run usability tests and share findings.
* Track user-centric metrics post-release and propose continuous improvements.
Qualifications :
* Higher design-related education or CFC, UX/UI or ergonomics certification is a plus.
* 3–5 years' experience as a UX/UI Designer, ideally on complex or back-office interfaces.
* Experience in service-based or regulated industries is an advantage.
* French C2; English B2–C1.
* Strong command of Figma (prototyping, auto-layout, components, variables).
* Ability to produce quick wireframes; basic HTML/CSS understanding.
* Familiar with Jira, Confluence, user-testing tools, surveys; Adobe CC or Google Analytics are assets.
* Comfortable with AI-assisted design tools (Figma plugins, Firefly, Midjourney, API integrations).
* Awareness of ethical and data-protection considerations in digital design.
