Revolution Medicines is a clinical‑stage precision oncology company focused on developing novel targeted therapies to inhibit frontier targets in RAS‑addicted cancers. The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) Inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins, and RAS Companion Inhibitors for use in combination treatment strategies. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding Revolutionaries in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway.
The Opportunity
Revolution Medicines is establishing its European headquarters and expanding its presence across the region. This role leads the execution of high‑complexity, cross‑functional initiatives that ensure operational readiness, governance, and alignment across the European region. Serving as an operational support to the SVP, Head of Europe, this individual drives the design and implementation of scalable frameworks that enhance business integration and cross‑regional collaboration. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, demonstrates strong business acumen, and can build trusted partnerships across leadership teams and global functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist European leadership team, cross‑functional stakeholders and leaders to execute complex, cross‑functional initiatives across European operations.
* Support and maintain integrated governance frameworks and ensure strategic alignment with global and regional priorities.
* Own a fast‑paced regional calendar, managing strategic meetings across time zones.
* Lead planning and execution of internal European events, including annual kick‑offs and quarterly cycle meetings.
* Lead organization of monthly HQ European Leadership Team meetings and European governance meetings, including agenda setting, minute taking, follow‑up tracking and logistics.
* Work in close collaboration with other project coordinators and operational team members in Global Commercialization to ensure a connected and engaged team.
* Plan and execute international travel itineraries including flights, ground transport, visas, accommodations, and contingency planning. Ensure seamless transitions between engagements and proactive resolution of travel disruptions.
* Ensure operational excellence, budget tracking, transparent reporting and documentation integrity.
* Lead coordination of internal contract management and purchasing across functions and affiliates, ensuring alignment with Legal, Compliance and Finance governance.
* Support and coordinate office setup activities across HQ and affiliate sites under Finance, Legal, and HR governance.
* Lead office management and general administrative duties, draft internal communications working closely with Corporate Communications and assist with onboarding of new employees in liaison with HR and EHS.
* Drive ad‑hoc tasks of various sizes and complexity.
* Build trusted relationships across the organization and externally to facilitate effective collaboration.
* Handle confidential matters with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Required Skills, Experience and Education
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.
* 8+ years experience with progressive responsibilities leading highly‑complex, cross‑functional programs within the biopharma or life sciences industry.
* Experience in project management, business operations, or chief‑of‑staff roles.
* Project management certification required or in progress.
* Proven ability to influence governance and deliver strategic business outcomes across global operations.
* Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and speed.
* Strong event management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across functions and cultures.
* Demonstrated understanding of governance structures and compliance principles in a regulated industry.
* Fluent in English; additional European languages are an asset.
Preferred Skills
* Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams in a regional or global matrix organization.
* Familiarity with European affiliate operations, business systems, and internal policy frameworks.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana).
* Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a start‑up or scale‑up environment.
