Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Asset Management Sales based in Zurich with occasional work-from-home flexibility. The Head of Asset Management Sales will oversee sales strategies, client relationship management, and business development activities to drive growth in asset management services. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, presenting tailored portfolio solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in asset management sales and business development
* Strong understanding of investment strategies, portfolio management, and financial markets
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Exceptional client relationship management and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus
* Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
* Experience in managing hybrid working arrangements and cross-functional collaboration
