Tasks:
Process Purchase Orders: Efficiently manage and process purchase orders.Source with Precision: Identify and procure high-quality materials that meet the company'sMaster SAP Data: Maintain and update purchasing data in SAP, including delivery dates, discounts, pricing, and order acknowledgments.Engage with Excellence: Build and sustain strong daily interactions with internal stakeholders and trusted suppliers, including conducting price and lead-time negotiations when necessary.Handle with Care: Administer all aspects of purchase orders
Requirements
* A strong foundation supported by relevant vocational training or a technical apprenticeship, combined with several years of equivalent professional experience.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
* A proactive, solution-oriented professional with a flexible and collaborative approach, capable of inspiring and influencing others.
