As a Business Analyst, you are an essential part of a transformation project team focused on replacing our core systems. You act as a bridge between business and IT and play a key role in the successful implementation of the new system landscape.
What to expect
* You analyze and document business processes in the life insurance sector
* You gather, structure, and prioritize requirements in close collaboration with business departments
* You create business scenarios, use cases, user stories, and process models (e.g., BPMN)
* You support in data migration activities
* You conduct functional acceptance testing
The skills you'll bring
* Several years of experience in requirements management, business analysis and knowledge of agile methodologies
* Solid understanding of insurance processes is a must
* Experience in individual life insurance a plus
* Analytical and conceptual thinking, assertiveness, negotiation skills, and team spirit
* Experience with international projects and intercultural collaboration required
* Excellent spoken and written English is a must, fluent in German, French, or Italian is seen as a plus
* A university degree in business or insurance
