Requirements Your tasks Handling request and incidents sent to ServiceDesk via ticketing system, phone or direct approach from other employees Constantly updating Service Desk documentation and proposing improvements, automation and optimizations Basic system administration tasks, e.g. client OS setup, manage users and groups, resolve network and workplace issues Managing hardware inventory (order, receive, document and distribute the hardware) Workplace preparation for the employees Supporting company events Your profile Degree in computer science or equivalent Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of German is an advantage Experience with infrastructure based on Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365 and other applications Basic knowledge from MacOS Administration Basic networking concepts It is a plus if you have knowledge of ITIL4 Foundation, Azure Administrator Foundation or ServiceNow Administrator Foundation Additional experience with Configuration Manager (SCCM), Managing Azure AD, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, Jamf or other MDM platforms is an advantage For this position, we only consider direct applications.
