50% Assistant to the Corporate & Events Manager
and
50% Receptionist

Responsibilities:
Manage corporate and group reservations and ensuring smooth communication from check-in to check-out.
Serve as a key point of contact for clients.
Assist with setting up, coordinating, and overseeing events.
Prepare and issue invoices.
Coordinate internally to ensure group details and special requests are managed effectively.
Handle front desk reception duties.
Your Profile:
Fluent in
German and English
(both written and spoken).
Experience with tools such as
Slack,, Apaleo, and Abaninja
is an advantage.
Previous experience in hospitality, events, or a related industry is preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
A valid
driver's license
.
