SAP Support Assistant – GMP, German
, position available at our client's manufacturing company in Münchwilen.
Ideally, you will have 3 to 5 years of experience in a comparable project in the field of industrial maintenance. Entry-level candidates with solid SAP knowledge and experience in industrial maintenance are also welcome.
Your Responsibilities
Conducting as-is analyses of technical locations, maintenance plans, and open orders in SAP
Evaluating existing standard maintenance plans and associated SOPs
Checking safety equipment by equipment group
Creating requirements overviews and standardizing and optimizing maintenance plans and SOPs
Creating and maintaining maintenance plans in SAP and implementing defined standardizations
Cleaning up obsolete maintenance plans and work orders
Your Qualifications
Production environment: Experience in a regulated environment in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry
Excel/Data analysis: Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
Maintenance processes: Sound understanding of maintenance processes in production
Analytical skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data structures and processes
Basic project management skills
SOP creation: Knowledge of creating and revising Standard Operating Procedures
Completed technical vocational training (e.g., chemical and pharmaceutical technologist) Plant mechanic, technician) or advanced (engineering) technical studies (e.g., process engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering) or consulting engineering experience or comparable qualification with demonstrable SAP experience
