We are currently partnering with a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join their team in Valais, Switzerland. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a long‑term career with one of the most innovative CDMOs worldwide.
Responsibilities
Overseeing and coordinating production campaigns in compliance with cGMP standards.
Participating in project planning and engineering phases to ensure technical requirements are met.
Supervising and supporting production activities, including troubleshooting and addressing deviations.
Preparing and maintaining GMP‑compliant documentation in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
Training operators on equipment and production‑specific processes.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, KAIZEN) while ensuring safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Qualifications
Completed technical education or degree (apprenticeship, advanced certification, Bachelor's or Master's).
Experience in chemical, biotechnological, or food production; GMP experience is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and strong affinity for digital systems.
Excellent German skills (spoken and written); English proficiency is a plus.
Willingness to provide on‑call support as needed.
