Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Compensation and Benefits Specialist. This position focuses on managing health-related benefits and long-term sick leave, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing leave balances, collaborating with external vendors, and analyzing cost implications of long-term absences. They will also work closely with medical professionals to assess complex cases and support financial planning through cost modeling and compensation analysis.
Additionally, this role involves preparing reports and insights on absenteeism trends and workforce planning, reconciling insurance reimbursements with internal payment records, and identifying risks and proposing improvements to benefit administration processes.
* Act as the HR expert on medical leave policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with external vendors to monitor and manage medical leave cases.
* Maintain accurate records of leave balances and their impact on other entitlements.
* Work closely with medical professionals to assess complex cases.
* Analyze and manage cost implications of long-term absences.
* Support financial planning through cost modeling and compensation analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* University degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
