What You’ll Do
* Provide HR‑BP support, consultation and guidance to all people‑related matters for managers
* In collaboration with the wider HR team, develop and roll‑out people plans aligned with HR and business strategies across talent, performance management, employee engagement and workforce planning
* Act as process champion and coordinate HR administrative duties and responsibilities with HR Services supporting the site
* Build collaborative and positive relationships with internal clients and across the site / global HR network to ensure seamless HR support
* Track and report key performance indicators to assess and continually improve HR efficiency
* Coordinate and facilitate team and/or organizational development activities to drive efficiency, support growth and build high‑performing teams and organizations
* Coach and support line managers on current and future plans, design their teams and implement change management to help operations succeed
What We Are Looking For
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR, ideally in an HR Business Partner role or equivalent
* Collaborative approach, data‑driven decision making, and ability to thrive in ambiguous, high‑workload environments
* Hands‑on operational HR support skills
* On‑site presence of at least 4 days a week in Visp
* Understanding of Total Rewards concepts, recruitment and HR process principles, and ability to apply these on a daily basis
* Proficiency in English and German
* Strong communication skills in a matrix environment and across organizational levels
* Affinity for technology tools and reporting dashboards
* Basic knowledge of Swiss labour law and experience with disciplinary processes
* BSc or MSc in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or equivalent experience (preferred)
