QC Scientist – Quality Control
Location: Visp, Valais, Switzerland. Remote: up to 2 days per week.
Responsibilities
* Project tasks in method development, implementation, transfer and validation.
* Write test instructions, methods, plans and reports.
* Double check and release raw data and analysis results in LIMS.
* Provide specialist support for the laboratory (troubleshooting).
* Process CRs, DRs, investigations (SST, OOX, etc.) and CAPAs.
* Independent planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation of assigned tasks and projects.
* Ensure compliance with quality (ISO and GMP) and safety standards.
Qualifications
* PhD in biotechnology, biochemistry, pharmaceuticals, or equivalent. If PhD, 1 year experience preferred (no experience acceptable if necessary).
* MSc in a relevant field, at least 2 years experience preferred.
* Data review experience is important.
* Focus on ELISA methods (relative potency) and qPCR – hands‑on laboratory or validation/development experience.
* GMP experience is a plus.
Requirements
* English mandatory; German a plus.
