1. Partner with clients and the internal project management team to support study success.
2. Assist in setting up and maintaining study filing systems and accurate records for all work undertaken.
3. Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure timely completion of all activities.
4. Coordinate and communicate all relevant activities to ensure services and products are ready for the start of the study or as required by the customer.
5. Use appropriate project planning tools to communicate achievements and critical path activities.
6. Develop and support the development of operational documentation using internal systems.
7. Provide back-up support to the Project Team.
8. Collect information on study invention, including label texts, packaging materials, label translation, and shipment coordination.

10. Knowledge of inventory and billing principles, good documentation practices, and report generation.
