We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in aseptic fill-finish operations. The ideal candidate will lead major capital investment projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of complex engineering initiatives.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage large-scale Capex projects, including new production lines and facility upgrades.
* Drive project execution from feasibility studies through commissioning and qualification.
* Coordinate with Engineering, QA, Validation, and Operations teams to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
* Oversee project budgets, timelines, and risk management.
* Support sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
Requirements
* Minimum 7+ years of experience in process engineering or project management within aseptic fill-finish environments.
* Proven track record in managing major capital investment projects.
* Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements for aseptic manufacturing.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* German language proficiency (B2 or higher).
