Position Overview
The Senior Project Manager will report to the Director of Transformation Programs within the MedTech Supply Chain Digital organization. This role supports the Project Management Office (PMO) activities for the Transcend Transformation Program, a series of complex, multi-year business and technology transformation initiatives.
Tasks & Responsibilities
1. Shape and influence PMO activities for their respective program.
2. Establish PMO cadence, mechanics, and methodology across all workstreams.
3. Collaborate with transformation deployment leads and managers to communicate interdependencies, risks, and performance metrics.
4. Identify and manage program interdependencies.
5. Contribute to the global PMO, bringing leadership, holistic thinking, problem-solving, and listening skills.
6. Ensure adherence to deployment methodologies and governance processes to deliver quality solutions on time, within budget, and to standard.
7. Coach and train project teams on methodologies and project phases.
8. Drive effective use of project management tools such as Jira and MS Project.
9. Propose and implement improvements to project management processes and tools.
10. Supervise project team members as needed.
Qualifications
* Minimum 8 years of leadership experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or large transformation programs.
* At least 3 years of Program Management experience in complex business transformations.
* Strong knowledge of MedTech, Supply Chain, or Commercial Operations.
* Hands-on project management experience, with a focus on operations and supply chain.
* Excellent project management, influencing, and communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
* Customer-focused with stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Active project management, agile, or scrum certification.
* Experience with SAP or SAP implementations.
Travel
Up to 25% travel required.
